Friendly, no hassle, courteous and accommodating

I took my truck for inspection, tire rotation, oil and filter change, and catastrophic engine failure recall. I guess the engine still may kill me, as nothing was done. My oil and filter were never changed as requested, now I have to go back again.

Great experience as usual. R and R has been our dealership for years, 30 plus tears to be exact and 13 cars. No reason to go anywhere else. In addition to getting a fair deal, service after the sale is always 100%. Why travel out if the area and go anywhere else. They know their customers on a first name basis.

I was given a price of the left front tire sensor and work before I scheduled my appointment. I waited for my vehicle, and I was sent a text when to follow as it was being worked on. I was notified when it was complete. I provided them with a coupon, and I also had points to use from my GM app towards my bill.

i was given an appointment to look a sensor that was replaced in June 2025. No problems and they scheduled me promptly and replaced the sensor.

Was searching for weeks for a specific 2500 silverado color/trim/package and Mike was able to get me what i wanted. Coming from out of state he made sure that the vehicle was going to be available for me when i came to finally look at it after a week of first contact.
